30 Day Exchange/Return Policy on products not opened or used. Please call 303-604-6764 for assistance with defective or incorrect items you received to discuss exchange/refund. Store credit will be given for exchanges/returns without a receipt.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it by calling us directly for customer service at 303-604-6764. We will resolve it as quickly as possible so that your experience is simple and worry-free. If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, we will issue you a refund or store credit.
